Gulf Beach was the first motel built on Lido
Key. It turned condo in 1977. all 49 units are owned individually and decorated by the
owners. There are no two units
alike. Look at our photos, and choose
your unit on line.

check availability and make your reservations online.
All rates are based on 1-2 persons. Extra person charge is $8/person/day. Children under 12 stay free.
Cancellation policy: Thirty (30) days in Season, and two weeks
(14) days OFF Season. A
refundable deposit of $250.00 is required on rentals of one week or more. The deposit will be charged to your credit
card when the unit is reserved, and refunded if cancelled within the
regulations.

Large Studios, One bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom
apartments, a one bedroom gulf front apartment & a two bedroom gulf front
